PROCEDURE
- Make sure you wash thoroughly and cut nails of chicken feet. Then cut in 2 parts
- Boil the chicken feet with salt and pepper until tender then drain.
- Saute garlic, onion red and onion white, add in chicken feet
- Add oyster sauce, chicken stock and mix well.
- Add in pineapple bits with the pineapple juice. Mix well and let it simmer.Add sugar, calamansi, salt and pepper
- Add chili pepper and let simmer until the sauce turns syrupy.
- Serve hot topped with fried garlic and more chili.
