Spring Roll/Lumpiang Shanghai

Spring roll or Lumpia shanghai, ground pork with minced veggies and spices. Served with choices of dipping sauce .


PROCEDURE

  • Mince carrots, bell pepper, onion and singkamas.
  • Saute garlic and onion, then add in the ground pork.
  • mix in carrots and singkamas
  • add in bell pepper, pickle relish
  • mix in Oyster sauce, soy sauce, kalamansi.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • turn off the heat and add 1 egg (serve as a binder) mix well.
  • wrap a small part in a lumpia wrapper, secure both ends.
  • deep fry and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
