
Spring roll or Lumpia shanghai, ground pork with minced veggies and spices. Served with choices of dipping sauce .

PROCEDURE
- Mince carrots, bell pepper, onion and singkamas.
- Saute garlic and onion, then add in the ground pork.
- mix in carrots and singkamas
- add in bell pepper, pickle relish
- mix in Oyster sauce, soy sauce, kalamansi.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- turn off the heat and add 1 egg (serve as a binder) mix well.
- wrap a small part in a lumpia wrapper, secure both ends.
- deep fry and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
