Cooking tip for Ravioli
- Egg and water mixture gives the Ravioli a significant crunch
PROCEDURE:
- Saute garlic and Onion
- add in 500 grams ground pork
- add in dice carrots and mix
- after a few minutes add in 2 slices of cheese and mix until it’s melted
- add in 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, kalamansi , salt and pepper to taste
- turn off the heat and mix in 1 egg, will serve as binder
- For wrapping: prepare molo wrapper, 1 egg mix with 1 tbsp water, and 80 grams bread crumbs.
- Wrap a small portion on meat filling between 2 pcs. molo wrapper sealed the sides with egg white.
- Heat the oil, dip the Ravioli in egg and water mixture, coat with bread crumbs and fry. Serve while hot and crunchy with sweet chili sauce.
