Cooking tip for Ravioli

  • Egg and water mixture gives the Ravioli a significant crunch

PROCEDURE:

  • Saute garlic and Onion
  • add in 500 grams ground pork
  • add in dice carrots and mix
  • after a few minutes add in 2 slices of cheese and mix until it’s melted
  • add in 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, kalamansi , salt and pepper to taste
  • turn off the heat and mix in 1 egg, will serve as binder
  • For wrapping: prepare molo wrapper, 1 egg mix with 1 tbsp water, and 80 grams bread crumbs.
  • Wrap a small portion on meat filling between 2 pcs. molo wrapper sealed the sides with egg white.
  • Heat the oil, dip the Ravioli in egg and water mixture, coat with bread crumbs and fry. Serve while hot and crunchy with sweet chili sauce.
