PROCEDURE:
- Wash thoroughly the pig head and the liver. Cut the pig head into regular size. Boil in water with red onion,salt,brown sugar and pepper, until tender.
- Grill the pig head and the liver then mince, so with the onion
- Saute spring onion until golden brown then add in the minced red and white onion.
- Mix in the minced pig head and liver.
- Add in thinly slice chili pepper
- season with salt, pepper, Knorr seasoning and soy sauce
- Serve while hot , with egg , calamansi and mayonnaise topping.
