Pork Adobo

Filipino’s all time favorite, A must try, very easy recipe to follow. Just count 1-2-3-4-5 and you’ll get a perfect blend Pork Adobo.


PROCEDURE

  • Prepare Pork of your preferred cut
  • In a pan with pork, add in;
  • 1 tbsp of Wok rice wine
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of vinegar
  • 5 tbsp of water
  • mix in mince garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 calamansi
  • let boil until meat is tender
  • If you want a little more saucy adobo you can use a bigger measuring cup.
