
Filipino’s all time favorite, A must try, very easy recipe to follow. Just count 1-2-3-4-5 and you’ll get a perfect blend Pork Adobo.

PROCEDURE
- Prepare Pork of your preferred cut
- In a pan with pork, add in;
- 1 tbsp of Wok rice wine
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of vinegar
- 5 tbsp of water
- mix in mince garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 calamansi
- let boil until meat is tender
- If you want a little more saucy adobo you can use a bigger measuring cup.
