
Chocolaty, soft and chewy with a crunch of cookie on the outside. It’s a good time for the great taste of Crinkles and a cup of coffee.

Baking Tip: 1. You can add 1 tsp of coffee powder to enhance the chocolate flavor. 2. Do not over bake, to retain the chewy texture in the middle.
PROCEDURE
- Combine and mix , Cocoa powder, sugar and vegetable oil.
- Add in 1 egg at a time, mix well
- add vanilla, mix and set aside
- In a separate bowl: whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- beat dry mixture into cocoa-oil mixture.
- Mix it well, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, preheat the oven 180 degrees C and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- scoop out a portion of the chilled dough and roll into a ball, then drop into the powdered sugar
- place into the baking sheet spaced a few inches apart.
- Bake at 180 C for 10 to 12 minutes
