
Crisp and chewy middle. Very easy to make, even your kids can do it quick. Best served during coffee or tea time.

PROCEDURE
- Pre-heat oven 180 degrees C, Sift flour, baking soda, set aside
- beat the butter with your handheld or stand mixer.
- add in sugar
- mix in egg 1 at a time
- add in drops of vanilla
- beat until smooth
- mix in flour mixture and fold chocolate chips.
- scoop spoonful of mixture onto the prepared baking tray, with a space apart.
- bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. let cool in a wire rack.
