PROCEDURE

  • Fry chicken feet and soak in cold water for 1 hour then drain. set aside
  • saute garlic, onion ,ginger then add brown sugar until it’s caramelized
  • add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, five spice powder,
  • mix in 1/4 cup water
  • add in the drained chicken feet
  • add chili and mix well
  • let boil then add the dissolve cornstarch, simmer until the sauce gets thicken.
  • garnish with fried garlic and spring onion then serve.
