PROCEDURE
- Fry chicken feet and soak in cold water for 1 hour then drain. set aside
- saute garlic, onion ,ginger then add brown sugar until it’s caramelized
- add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, five spice powder,
- mix in 1/4 cup water
- add in the drained chicken feet
- add chili and mix well
- let boil then add the dissolve cornstarch, simmer until the sauce gets thicken.
- garnish with fried garlic and spring onion then serve.
