PROCEDURE

  • Mix flour, salt and sugar
  • Cut butter and shortening into flour using pastry blender or 2 forks until coarse crumbs form. Add egg continue mixing.
  • Drizzle in cold water, mix gently until it’s evenly moist and begins to come together.
  • Divide the dough in equal parts

  • Stuff in a spoonful filling into the dough and secure the edges using fork or you can fold.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
