Ampalaya Salad

Ampalaya and cucumber combined with the sweet blend of ripe mango and a spicy kick of vinaigrette. A perfect appetizer or even a main dish.



PROCEDURE

  • Slice Ampalaya, Cucumber, Mango, onion and tomato
  • rub salt to slice Ampalaya to get rid of the bitter taste.
  • In a bowl mix together Ampalaya. Cucumber, Mango, tomato and onion.
  • For Vinegar mixture, combine the vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and chili. Stir well to dissolve the salt and sugar
  • Mix in the bowl with the Ampalaya mixture and toss.
  • Best as an appetizer or a side dish for a fried fish.
